The SayitRight® vision: creator ownership, cooperating community networks, and open publishing with responsible standards.

The SayitRight® Vision

The SayitRightnet platform was created to support open publishing, community collaboration, and creator ownership in a way that differs fundamentally from traditional social media platforms.

Unlike many large social networks, SayitRightnet does not seek to control or claim ownership of the content created by its users.

Our platform is built on three core principles.

Creator Ownership

Users retain ownership of the articles, media, listings, and information they publish.

SayitRightnet exists to host and distribute content, not to take possession of it. Creators and organizations remain in control of their work and may edit, remove, export, or republish their content at any time.

Community Networks

SayitRightnet is designed as a network of networks.

Organizations, businesses, and community groups can establish their own networks and collaborate with other participants across the platform. Content can be shared, syndicated, and discovered across these cooperating networks while preserving the identity of the original creator.

This structure supports local communities, industries, and interest groups working together while maintaining their independence.

Open Publishing with Responsible Standards

The platform encourages open expression and the exchange of ideas. At the same time, SayitRightnet maintains community standards designed to ensure that the platform remains a safe, lawful, and respectful environment.

Content that promotes hate, harassment, illegal activity, or exploitation has no place on the platform.

Our goal is to balance freedom to publish with responsible stewardship of the platform environment.

A Different Model Than Social Media

Traditional social media platforms often operate by capturing user content and controlling its distribution through proprietary algorithms.

SayitRightnet takes a different approach.

The platform provides tools for creators, businesses, and communities to publish, share, and distribute their own information while maintaining control over their work.

Rather than competing for attention inside a centralized feed, SayitRightnet allows participants to build independent channels and networks that collaborate across the platform ecosystem.

Our Role

SayitRight® Media, a division of marinemotion® inc., operates the SayitRightnet platform to provide the infrastructure that enables these networks to function.

Our role is to support the technology, maintain the platform’s integrity, and ensure that community standards are upheld so the ecosystem can continue to grow.
